Chief Financial Officer

An excellent opportunity for an experienced CFO to join a leading B2B Supplier focused on Retention and Reactivation for some of the biggest operators in the iGaming industry. Reporting to the CEO, you will be presiding over the organisation’s overall financial plans, policies, and account practices.

Responsibilities

Work close together with the finance team to provide robust and detailed financial reporting
Interpret financial information to senior management, recommending corrective actions
Support stakeholders with financial forecasts and projections on all business verticals, maintaining the financial health of the business
Manage the preparation of budgets
Analyse business performance compared to forecasts
Review and evaluate cash flow, income and expenses to identify optimisation opportunities
Oversee the performance of the finance department, setting goals, objectives and coaching the team
Carry out risk assessments based on the financial health of the business
Work with auditors to ensure the finances are monitored and maintained
Review, develop and maintain internal controlling processes
Work with the other departments to align the strategic plans of each business entity
Oversee tax management and planning, as well as banking due diligence processes
Support the development of internal accounting software
Review, develop and implement more effective processes for financial reconciliation, controlling and accounting

Requirements

iGaming industry experience is required
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or Finance required
ACCA qualification is essential for this position

Other criteria include:

Experience in supervision and training of accounting personnel
Ability to direct and supervise multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient with accounting, management and office software systems
Intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication skills
Mature and proactive, with evidence of having worked as a true business partner to the CEO of a multi-divisional organization
Business level of English is required
