As Enteractive’s HR Manager, you are the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This will involve management of Talent Acquisition, Training and development function, as well as the office manager. You will also be in charge of employee relations, and performance management.

We see this position as a key role, crucial to the overall business success. People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realise our established mission and objectives. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of HR strategy, policies and procedures in line with Enteractive’s Strategic Plan. It is a key role in managing change and ensuring the achievement of our overall strategic goals through effective people management practices.

HR Manager Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and practices
  • Improving and monitoring employee productivity
  • Structuring compensation and benefit packages
  • Managing staff wellness initiatives
  • Oversee all employment related contracts and documents
  • Improving relations between staff and employers
  • Evaluating staffing needs
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts
  • Managing and allocating HR budget
  • Engaging with heads of departments
  • Provide direction on staff engagement so that we can measure and respond to staff feedback
  • Owning and managing internal systems such as BambooHR, Teamtailor, and other back office systems
  • Develop a coordinated and consistent approach to the way in which Enteractive engages with all staff directly and indirectly
  • Lead development of policies which promote equality & diversity
  • Benchmark and modernise terms and conditions, remuneration and benefits

 Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years within a HR Manager role
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of Maltese employment law
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Relevant education in Human Resources or related field
