Enteractive is a fast-growing, dynamic company that specializes in iGaming and player retention. Our offices are based in Malta, Bucharest (Romania), and Fort Lauderdale (Florida, US). We are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and users, and we believe that a strong brand and marketing strategy is key to achieving that.
We are now looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head of Marketing to join our team. This individual will take the lead in all aspects of marketing for Enteractive, ensuring that our brand continues to grow, thrive, and resonate with our global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small, dynamic marketing team, including a Visual Designer and Digital Marketer.
- Partner B2B Sales & Key Account Management, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring long-term revenue growth and brand awareness with senior B2B customer decision makers.
- Innovate around Marketing & B2B Communication to build brand and offer awareness with existing and prospective customer key stakeholders.
- Foster a creative, innovative, and results-driven team environment.
Brand & Event Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote Enteractive’s brand and products across all relevant B2B channels.
- Lead the creation and execution of visually compelling and engaging marketing materials, including logo design, conference stands, promotional merchandise, and brand assets.
- Manage all aspects of iGaming event marketing, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote Enteractive’s brand and products across all relevant B2B channels.
- Lead the creation and execution of visually compelling and engaging marketing materials, including logo design, conference stands, promotional merchandise, and brand assets.
- Manage all aspects of iGaming event marketing, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
- Lead the creation and execution of content for Enteractive’s social media channels, career site, and B2B website, ensuring all content is aligned with the brand and appeals to the target audience.
- Develop campaigns that build Enteractive’s brand with global iGaming operators across multiple markets.
- Oversee the creation of career content that highlights our culture, success stories, and attracts the right talent to the company.
Employer Branding:
- Strengthen Enteractive’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent globally.
- Create campaigns that highlight company culture, values, and success stories.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, leveraging this information to ensure Enteractive’s marketing efforts remain ahead of the curve.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report results to senior leadership.
Cross-Regional Marketing Coordination:
- Ensure consistent messaging and effective campaigns across all offices, adapting to cultural and market-specific nuances.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally within the iGaming or related industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, both online and offline, with a strong B2B focus.
- Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders from different regions.
Skills & Expertise:
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, social media strategy, and B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand development, event marketing, and employer branding strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using Design & Content Creation tools (e.g. Adobe suite, 3D tools, Canva, Websuite builders etc.) is a benefit in order to be able to create with short lead time.
- Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional projects.Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.
