We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our IT team in Malta.
Joining Enteractive means working in an innovative, business-driven and highly collaborative team environment. You’ll get the chance to work with some of the most established operators in the iGaming industry, in a role where you will have the opportunity to assist new Clients with integrating into Enteractive’s (Re)Activation Cloud Platform, as well as act as the main point of technical contact for several partners.
You are the right person for the role if you like the challenge of supporting a fast growing company that is innovating in the world of communications & CRM.
The Role
Being the liaison between Enteractive and new partners to ensure a seamless and robust integration between the ecosystems
Act as a main point of contact for client communication at a technical level
Provide technical insight and expertise to partners and work with them in order to maximise their growth
Communicate with and configure third party providers that are integrated with (Re)Activation Cloud
Analyse the business and operational procedures to improve integration processes
Requirements
Technical knowledge around Rest API’s & databases in general
Excellent problem-solving and technical, organisational skills
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Excellent team player
Knowledge of CRM tools & automation in general would be beneficial
