We are looking for a Responsible Gambling Officer to join our Quality Control Team.
The Responsible Gambling Officer plays a central role in ensuring Enteractive’s
adherence to responsible gambling (RG) policies and regulatory requirements
across U.S. markets. This role serves as the main point of contact for all RG-related
queries, escalations, and training, ensuring that company standards and procedures
are consistently applied across operations.
What will you be doing?
Training and Support:
- Lead and deliver training sessions for sales reactivation agents focused on responsible gambling awareness, player protection, and U.S. regulatory RG compliance.
- Provide ongoing support to agents and team leaders by answering RG-related questions and addressing escalation cases.
- Ensure all training materials are current and updated in line with regulatory developments or internal policy changes.
- Also assist in onboarding and training new members of the compliance department.
Policy Enforcement and Escalation Handling:
- Act as the primary point of contact for responsible gambling matters related to the U.S. market.
- Ensure RG policies and procedures are understood and applied by all operational teams.
- Manage and respond to escalated cases from agents, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Compliance to identify, assess, and resolve complex RG issues.
Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:
- Monitor updates to U.S. RG gambling regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant across all active states.
- Support the Head of Compliance in integrating regulatory changes into internal procedures, training materials, and operational workflows.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal RG policies, procedures, and documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training, escalations, and compliance activities.
Knowledge Management:
- Keep the internal knowledge platform up to date with the latest RG information, guidance, and reference materials.
- Share updates and key insights with teams to ensure consistent understanding and application of RG standards.
- Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and timeliness of all responsible gambling content across platforms.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Head of Compliance on ad hoc tasks, research, and special projects.
- Collaborate with other departments (Operations, QA, Training, Legal) to ensure RG principles are embedded across all aspects of Enteractive’s operations.
- Support cross-market consistency in RG practices, especially in relation to U.S. regulatory frameworks.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of responsible gambling processes and training methods.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and compliance effectiveness.
- Offer fresh perspectives and ideas to strengthen Enteractive’s player protection
- framework.
What do you bring?
- Proven experience in responsible gambling, compliance, or regulatory operations
within the iGaming or related industry. - Strong understanding of U.S. gambling regulations and responsible gambling
standards is a plus. - Exceptional communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail.
- Willingness to work the midnight shift to support U.S. operations.
- Confident in working with data and making informed, analytical decisions.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured, analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all levels and departments.
- Native-level English proficiency.
