Sales Training Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Training Specialist to join our team in Malta.
Enteractive is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Training Specialist to strengthen and elevate the performance of our (Re)Activation Sales Department. This newly established role is central to developing our people, enhancing our product knowledge, and ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the skills, confidence, and expertise required to deliver exceptional results.
The Sales Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving all sales‑related training initiatives across the department. This includes sales methodology, product knowledge, communication techniques, compliance awareness, and performance‑enhancing best practices. The ideal candidate will be an engaging facilitator, a structured planner, and a proactive problem‑solver who identifies knowledge gaps early and drives impactful learning solutions.
This role is critical to building a strong, consistent, and scalable workforce that aligns with Enteractive’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Planning
Conduct comprehensive assessments of current skill levels and upskilling needs within the Malta HQ (Re)Activation teams.
Develop and present a structured 12‑month Sales Training Roadmap aligned with departmental and company objectives.
Identify knowledge gaps, performance trends, and training opportunities before they impact operational output.
Training Design & Delivery
Design, develop, and implement a full learning programme covering Sales, Product, Communication, and Customer Engagement.
Create training materials, presentations, manuals, and digital learning content tailored to different learning styles.
Deliver engaging training sessions in person, via Zoom, and through online learning modules.
Build assessment tools to measure knowledge retention, skill development, and performance improvement.
Provide ongoing coaching, refresher sessions, and targeted interventions where needed.
Content Ownership & Knowledge Management
Fully own, maintain, and continuously update Slite with all Sales‑related content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility.
Review, refine, and modernize the existing Induction Training Programme for new joiners.
Take ownership of selected components, or the entirety, of the induction process for the (Re)Activation Sales Department.
Collaboration & Follow‑Up
Work closely with Sales Managers, Team Leads, HR, and Product teams to ensure training aligns with operational needs and product updates.
Monitor post‑training performance and follow up with employees to ensure knowledge is applied effectively.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on training outcomes, progress, and areas requiring attention.
What do you bring?
Extensive hands‑on experience in Sales, ideally within a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Proven experience in training, coaching, teaching, or similar roles involving adult learning.
Strong understanding of iGaming and a genuine interest in gambling products and player behaviour.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to make learning engaging, interactive, and enjoyable.
Highly structured, organised, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate training needs before they arise.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong presentation skills and advanced proficiency in creating high‑quality PowerPoint materials.
Nice to Have
Background in Learning & Development, education, or instructional design.
Previous experience within the gambling industry (Affiliate, Game Provider, Operator).
Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian, Portuguese, German, Scandinavian languages.
