The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments, from initial role briefing to offer stage. This role also plays a key part in onboarding new employees, including conducting first‑day inductions and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
You will collaborate closely with other in‑house Talent Acquisition Specialists, the HR team, and the Marketing department to support employer branding initiatives and continuously enhance our talent attraction strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating final stages with hiring managers.
Conduct detailed role briefings with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and expectations.
Create engaging and accurate job descriptions and job postings.
Utilise TeamTailor (our Applicant Tracking System) to manage candidates, pipelines, communication, and reporting.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including active outreach, networking, and creative talent‑mapping.
Support and lead onboarding processes, including preparing documentation, coordinating first‑day logistics, and delivering induction sessions.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on employer branding initiatives, campaigns, and content to strengthen Enteractive’s presence in the talent market.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the hiring process.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Work confidently on both new and recurring roles, maintaining consistency and quality across all recruitment activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role, ideally within a fast‑paced environment.
Strong command of fluent and clear English, both written and verbal, as we employ a diverse, multinational workforce.
Experience using an ATS.
Confidence in managing multiple roles simultaneously, including both new and repetitive vacancies.
Ability to think creatively and “outside the box” when sourcing and attracting talent.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
