As a Business Development Manager (B2B), you will take full commercial ownership of Enteractive’s Reactivation Sales Product within your assigned markets. This is a senior, strategic role focused on opening new operator relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding Enteractive’s footprint in both established and emerging markets.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own and manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and onboarding support
Lead high-impact sales meetings and presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of Enteractive’s Reactivation Product
Leverage your existing iGaming network to open doors to new operators and markets
Build, maintain, and grow a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Develop long-term relationships with operators, decision-makers, and internal stakeholders
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product developments
Collaborate closely with Marketing and internal teams to optimize messaging and conversion
Represent Enteractive at industry conferences and events, locally and internationally
What you bring:
Senior-level B2B sales experience within the iGaming industry
Proven track record of closing operator-level deals
A strong, existing iGaming network capable of opening doors independently (mandatory)
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Highly driven, commercially focused, and KPI-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
Collaborative approach with a willingness to coach, learn, and contribute to team growth
