Marketing & Events Coordinator

As we continue expanding globally and strengthening our brand presence across major industry touchpoints, we are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be based in Malta.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Marketing & Events Planning
Support the Head of Marketing in planning and delivering Enteractive’s global marketing and events calendar, including major trade shows (ICE, SiGMA, SBC, G2E, etc.), client hospitality initiatives, internal activations, and broader B2B campaigns. Coordinate marketing initiatives across the full marketing mix, ensuring campaigns are well-organised, on brand, and delivered within agreed timelines. Act as a central coordination point within the marketing team, keeping projects, stakeholders, and deadlines aligned.
Event Coordination & Delivery
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, catering, travel and accommodation, stand build coordination, shipping, and onsite setup. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers (stand builders, print partners, merchandise suppliers, AV teams, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of event assets and experiences. Maintain and update Monday.com boards and internal tracking tools to manage milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Support the Employer Brand Working Group and wider Marketing team with the execution of internal events and activations.
Marketing Operations & Administration
Provide day-to-day operational support to streamline marketing processes and maintain organised workflows. Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control to ensure alignment with ROI expectations. Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices, maintaining accurate cost reporting for campaigns and events.
Marketing & Communications Support
Support the coordination of event-related communications, including invitations, RSVP management, reminders, and attendee engagement. Liaise with industry media partners (EGR, SBC, SiGMA, Clarion, etc.) to secure visibility opportunities and event exposure. Ensure campaign assets, branding, event visuals, and social content align with Enteractive’s brand identity. Support internal communications to keep teams informed, engaged, and aligned around marketing and event activity.
Event Execution & Onsite Support
Act as a key onsite contact during major events, supporting logistics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth delivery. Support client hospitality initiatives to ensure a professional, welcoming, and high-quality experience.
Post-Campaign & Event Review
Assist in post-event and post-campaign evaluations, including performance tracking, feedback collection, and ROI analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, consistency, and impact in future initiatives.
What You Bring:
Essential
Demonstrated knowledge of B2B marketing and events within the iGaming industry. Willingness to travel internationally when required (including short-notice travel within reason) to support onsite event execution. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace). Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously with a proactive, hands-on approach. A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
Desirable
Familiarity with creative production processes (design briefs, merchandise coordination, print specifications). Experience liaising with industry publications or involvement in media buying. Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, paid campaigns, email marketing).
