We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering memorable, ROI-driven campaigns and help to build Enteractive’s brand authority in critical markets.
Role Overview
The Digital Designer plays a central role in bringing Enteractive’s brand to life across digital, video, event, and employer-brand touchpoints. The successful candidate will act as a guardian of the Enteractive brand, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints while identifying opportunities to refine and evolve brand assets over time. This role supports the wider business by delivering high-quality visual assets while also contributing creatively and strategically to how Enteractive shows up in the market.
Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, HR, and other senior stakeholders and departments, the Digital Designer is expected to confidently develop and present creative concepts, translate ideas into compelling visuals, and proactively contribute insights on design trends and competitor activity. This role is ideally suited to a midweight designer who enjoys balancing conceptual thinking with hands-on creative production.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Digital Design & Asset Creation
Design and deliver a wide range of digital assets to support commercial, marketing, and employer-brand initiatives, including web visuals, social media assets, presentations, email graphics, digital ads, and event collateral.
Event & Conference Design
Design visual assets for conferences and events including booth graphics, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.
Creative Production
Bring ideas to life using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud ensuring outputs are visually engaging, on brand, and fit for purpose.
Support internal stakeholders across the business with design requests, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.
Creative Concept Development
Develop and confidently present creative concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and creative direction, while remaining open to feedback and iteration.
Video Content Creation
Create engaging video content for marketing, social media, employer branding, and events, using DSLR photography and/or mobile-first content creation.
Edit video content using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and After Effects, crafting compelling narratives that capture attention and tell a story.
Create motion graphics and animations to enhance digital campaigns, social content, and presentations.
Photography & Brand Storytelling
Capture photography that visually represents Enteractive’s brand, culture, and people, including documenting events, internal initiatives, and office life.
Creative Research & Brand Development
Proactively research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging design approaches, providing insights and inspiration to help evolve Enteractive’s visual identity.
Design creative assets with campaign performance in mind, optimising visuals for engagement, clarity, and conversion.
Maintain organised design files and shared asset libraries to ensure efficient collaboration and long-term accessibility of brand assets.
What You Bring:
Essential
Proven experience delivering high-quality digital design assets across multiple formats, including web, social media, presentations, email, digital advertising, and event collateral. A strong portfolio demonstrating this as well as conceptual thinking, brand work, and digital campaign design will be required during the interview process.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), with the ability to translate concepts into polished, on-brand creative outputs.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple design requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment, working confidently with stakeholders across different teams.
Experience developing and presenting creative concepts, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and adapt work based on constructive feedback.
Hands-on experience creating and editing video content for digital and social platforms using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and After Effects, with a strong eye for visual storytelling. Includes capturing photography and simple video content (DSLR or mobile) that reflects brand, culture, people, and events for marketing and social media.
A proactive mindset with experience researching design trends and competitor activity, using insights to inform creative direction and continuously elevate brand output.
