We are looking for a Reactivation Sales Team Leader (Turkish-speaking) to join our Sales team in Malta.
In this role, you will lead a team of Reactivation Sales Agents focused on engaging inactive players and driving revenue growth across our markets.
You will play a key role in supporting your team’s performance, maintaining high sales standards, and helping agents develop their skills while contributing to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead and manage the Turkish Reactivation team based in our Malta office.
Set clear KPIs and sales targets for your markets and distribute them across the team.
Monitor performance and implement improvements to help achieve targets.
Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings with agents to review performance, provide feedback, and support their development.
Report team progress to the Sales Manager and propose action plans when needed.
Sales Operations
Oversee a team of agents making outbound B2C calls to inactive players.
Set monthly sales targets for the team and track progress against them.
Lead daily start-up meetings to communicate priorities, targets, and action plans.
Ensure the team understands available leads and uses them effectively.
Organize schedules and ensure the team operates efficiently.
Coaching & Quality Assurance
Monitor and review agent calls to maintain high standards.
Provide feedback and coaching to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Ensure all calls comply with internal processes, Responsible Gambling guidelines, licensing requirements, and GDPR standards.
Training & Development
Support the onboarding and training of new hires.
Identify knowledge gaps and help agents develop the skills needed to succeed long-term.
Assist with training on topics such as Casino, Sportsbook, Responsible Gambling, and platform updates.
Market Knowledge
Help the team understand player needs and behaviours and guide them on how to approach players effectively.
Keep the team informed about new games, platform features, promotions, and payment methods.
Recruitment
Identify hiring needs and collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
What You Bring
Native Turkish speaker with excellent English communication skills.
Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.
Experience working in the iGaming industry.
Strong sales mindset with the ability to motivate and develop sales agents.
Confident communicator who can engage, coach, and guide a team.
Ability to drive results while maintaining high standards and company values.
Working Hours
Full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexibility when required.
