The Role

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and deployment of production-grade AI systems, with a focus on self-hosted models.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how AI is used across Enteractive - from LLM-powered tooling for agents, to automation, personalization, and internal intelligence systems, while ensuring data privacy, performance, and reliability.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can bridge research and real-world systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI/LLM infrastructure (self-hosted models, GPUs, inference pipelines)

• Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions (RAG systems,internal tools for agents and CRM teams)

• Optimize models for latency & throughput in controlled environments

• Build scalable data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation

• Implement model serving and orchestration (e.g., APIs, batching, streaming inference)

• Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy across all AI systems

• Collaborate with product and operations teams to embed AI into player engagement workflows

Required Skills / Experience

2+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering

Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering

Experience deploying models in on-prem or hybrid environments

Strong Python skills and experience building production APIs/services

Experience with model optimization techniques (quantization, batching, GPU utilization)

Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate autonomously
