Enteractive relies on (Re)Activation Cloud for its core business, necessitating high standards of security, performance, and user experience. The Quality Assurance Team is crucial in maintaining these standards and delivering top-quality features.

We are seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our deliverables meet stringent standards through manual testing and, where possible, by automating these tests. You will work closely with the development team to contribute to our vision.

Our platform includes web-based applications, REST APIs, message-brokering software, Windows services, AI Agents and a data platform, all designed to offer a comprehensive solution for player reactivation. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of these diverse implementation types and a willingness to learn how to test across various environments. An eye for detail and the initiative to explore beyond standard test cases will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of business requirements and project goals

• Assist in creating and executing test cases and test plans together with the Quality Assurance team to support release coverage

• Identify, track and report software bugs and glitches, while suggesting possible improvements where feasible

• Communicate and collaborate with the development team

• Help maintain test environments for executing test cases

• Maintaining necessary documentation and related records up to date

Who are we looking for?

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work well within a technical team

• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and testing practices

• Fluent in English

• Basic knowledge of API testing tools is considered an advantage

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar platforms is considered a plus
