To help you better understand our recruitment process and prepare for your application, interviews and getting hired, as well as to share the detail on what we offer, we’ve collected the most frequently asked questions from the candidates and got them answered for you.

Our recruitment process may vary depending on the role you applied for. But don’t worry, we will guide you through the process and send you an email confirming the steps to take. In general, once you apply, here’s what you can expect:
Step 1 - you will receive a screening call or will be invited for an online video interview with the Talent Acquisition Team.
Step 2 - you will meet with the hiring manager online or in person.
Step 3 - if necessary, you might be asked to complete a language or technical assessment.
If you successfully pass the interview steps, we will ask you to provide two references from your previous employers. Finally, you will receive an offer from us!

Sure, we will be happy to relocate you. We offer a relocation package which includes a flight to Malta or Romania, a taxi pickup from the airport and two weeks stay in shared accommodation.

Yes, our HR colleagues will be supporting you throughout your onboarding and employment journey at Enteractive. You will receive a welcome guide, and our full support with all paperwork (visa, social security, taxes). Add to this a multicultural environment where all your colleagues are happy to help, and you are all settled in.

Yes, at Enteractive we are committed to providing learning & development opportunities to each and every employee. During the induction period, everyone is given access to self-led training material as well as face-to-face training sessions. However, learning does not stop there. We are also committed to providing continuous professional development support in order for everyone to have an opportunity to level up both personally and professionally. We strongly believe in and encourage a personalised learning approach in order to assist everyone to reach their full potential. All our Enteractivers are provided with continuous learning and support to keep the ball rolling!

Our learning and development strategy incorporates employee motivation, well-being and performance enablement. We are committed to providing upskilling and reskilling training to anyone who shows potential, interest and satisfactory performance. A rather large number of our employees had the opportunity to be promoted or change departments when they expressed interest and relevant competencies.

Most of us work from the office, and we love it! So we offer mostly onsite positions in our modern and cosy offices with a vibrant and welcoming environment. But if the role offers a remote working possibility, we will let you know in the job description.
