Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support the company’s compliance function across regulatory compliance, responsible gambling, marketing compliance, GDPR, quality assurance, and internal governance matters.

This role will work closely with the Head of Compliance and various internal stakeholders to help ensure the business remains aligned with regulatory requirements and internal standards across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate is structured, adaptable, operationally minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and continuously evolving regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist in assessing regulatory developments, legislative updates, and compliance requirements impacting the business across gambling, marketing, telecommunications, and related sectors.

• Support the Head of Compliance in translating regulatory requirements into practical operational processes and controls.

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, implementing, and maintaining internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and call audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures, responsible gambling requirements, and operational standards.

• Assist in handling responsible gambling, GDPR, compliance, and customer-related escalations.

• Deliver and coordinate compliance-related trainings, including responsible gambling and internal policy awareness sessions.

• Prepare reports, summaries, dashboards, and compliance analysis for internal stakeholders and management.

• Conduct research and impact assessments relating to regulatory changes and business practices.

• Maintain compliance registers, audit logs, evidence repositories, and risk-related documentation.

• Perform periodic compliance reviews and assist with remediation tracking and follow-up actions.

• Support internal audits and compliance monitoring activities across departments.

• Assist with vendor, partner, and third-party due diligence reviews where required.

• Participate in cross-functional projects requiring compliance input and operational support.

• Support policy implementation and compliance initiatives across different jurisdictions and offices.

• Assist the Head of Compliance with ad-hoc compliance, AML, regulatory, and governance-related matters as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a compliance, regulatory, audit, or similar role.

• Previous B2C gambling/iGaming industry experience is required.

• Good understanding of responsible gambling, marketing compliance, GDPR, and general regulatory compliance principles.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and assess operational impact.

• Comfortable working with reports, data, and compliance documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt within a fast-changing environment.

• Confident communicating with and challenging stakeholders where necessary.

• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and operationally minded approach.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience with Power BI, reporting tools, or analytics platforms would be considered an advantage.
