From Tennessee to Malta: An Enteractive Alumni Story
Sometimes, curiosity is all it takes to open the door to something new.
For Holden Lawson, a Business Administration student majoring in Supply Chain Management at the University of Tennessee, that curiosity inspired him to explore Enteractive and ultimately travel all the way from the USA to Malta, where he had the opportunity to step into a new environment, meet people from different backgrounds and experience life as part of the Enteractive team.
What followed was a two-month-long placement within our (Re)Activation Sales team working across our English-speaking markets in our Head Office in sunny Malta.

As a student studying Supply Chain Management with a minor in International Business at UTK, getting to work abroad was a truly unique experience that taught me so much and which I would not have had the chance to learn back home.”

From the start, the focus was on giving Holden the space to get involved, ask questions and learn through experience. Rather than simply observing, he became part of the team and the work happening around him.
“What I enjoyed most about Enteractive was that it was a company that consistently taught me skills and lessons about the business world. Enteractive was a once in a lifetime experience to learn abroad. Within minutes of walking in the office door, I was met with coworkers from all over the world, and within weeks I was working with clients from across the globe. I’m thankful to everyone at Enteractive who made my time in Malta such a great experience, and I’m looking forward to bringing what I learned back with me as I continue my studies at UTK.”
