A Unique Look Into Enteractive With Andrew Foster
Recently it was the 5 year work anniversary of Enteractive CBO, Andrew Foster. Read all about his journey at Enteractive, which changes the company went through over the past 5 years and what’s to come in 2022.
“I joined Enteractive in late 2016 as the head of Business Development, in a company that seemed passionate about communicating with players and the product that they had developed, in the niche market of reactivation. At that time, there was no sales or account management team, so it was really at the very start of taking the product to market in a way.
“Over the past 5 years, I have had the privilege to be part of the amazing Enteractive team, who together have grown this incredible company into what it is today. Each and every person that enters the Enteractive office, client and recruit, comment on the fantastic vibe and energy within the office, and this ensures that there is never a dull moment.
“When joining Enteractive, there were only 20 or so employees, and a vivid memory from that period which comes to mind, is the meeting room that we called “the fridge/freezer”. This is where our servers were hosted at the time, but it also served as the only quiet place to take a call outside of the boardroom. Having to keep the temperature low meant you were sitting in an ice box whilst having a meeting, which was clearly not ideal, but looked back upon with fond memories. Obviously, things have changed substantially since then, and the sales and account management teams look very different to when I started, as does the tech solution that we provide to our clients.

“I personally, have had an amazing time ranging from great celebrations with the team when we signed new contracts, to days where we sat in boardrooms having to find solutions for tricky situations, but there is not a better bunch of people to have taken this journey with. I have found friends and worked with some very talented people who still amaze me with the solutions they find.
“Enteractive, in my opinion is currently at one of the most exciting times in its growth, and 2022 looks like it will be a challenging, but amazing year, which together with the team, we are looking very forward to kicking off.”
