What do you do for work at Enteractive?

I am Sales Coach so I am taking care of Polish market where I am alone and not that long time ago I started to take care also of Italian market

How long have you been with Enteractive?

I am working for Enteractive almost 3 years! Work for Enteractive is quite exciting because of daily challenges which are giving us opportunities to grow and to be better and better every day.

Granted you are from Poland, did Enteractive help you relocate to Bucharest, Romania?

Yes when I was interested in coming back to Enteractive but here in Romania, the company helped me with relocation without problems !

What is your day to day?

During a normal day at work I am taking care of the Polish market where I am alone so I am calling our customers on the Polish market and I am helping on the Italian market.

What inspires you at Enteractive?

Our company is growing from day to day which means all of my colleagues are getting better every day like me, this is the thing which inspires me at Enteractive.

How important is the team spirit and atmosphere at Enteractive?

Every day when I am on my way to work I already have a smile on my face because I know that I will spend my shift with people who are giving each other just positive energy and a good vibe at our office. Sometimes when I have this kind of feeling that not everything is going well, that good vibe and colleagues around me are changing my mood immediately. That's why the team spirit and atmosphere which we have at Enteractive is that important.

Yes, definitely!!

Do you feel supported by management?

Sometimes when I am not sure about something my colleagues are always open to help me. Here at Enteractive everyone is supporting each other, doesn't matter where are you from on which position You are
