Here is what you can expect when applying for a position with us:
Application
If you’re interested in the role and believe you match the requirements, go for it! 🚀Once you apply, our recruitment team will review your application carefully. We will look for the experience, motivation, and skills that are relevant for the role and get back to you usually within 1-5 working days with the outcome of your application.
Screening Call
The next stage of our recruitment process is a phone interview where you will be speaking with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists, We will ask you some questions about your experience, skills and motivation to work with us, as well as give you more information about the job. We will also give you an opportunity to ask questions about the role and Enteractive.💚
Skills Assessment
Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a skills assessment. This could be a language proficiency test, a project, or an assignment that demonstrates your abilities in a specific area. If it’s a language proficiency test, your spoken level will be accessed by a native speaker over a 15-minute casual phone conversation 📞.
1st Interview
If you make it through the previous stages, we will invite you for an in-person interview with our hiring team. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to meet our team and learn more about our company culture, and how’s life @Enteractive ⚡.
2nd Interview
At this stage, you’ll meet with the Hiring Managers so, it’s the perfect opportunity to show them what you’ve learned about Enteractive so far, and why you’re the perfect candidate for the team. It’s also your chance to ask more in-depth questions. If you’re based in the country to which you’re applying, you’ll be invited for an interview in the office where you’ll get to feel the office vibe 😎.
Reference-check
We will ask you to provide the contact details of two previous managers/team leaders/ supervisors. We will reach out to them for a quick phone call where we ask about their experience working with you.
Job Offer
If you got to this stage, congratulations! We believe you match the role requirements, and the team fit and can definitely see potential in you. We will call to share the good news 🎉 and extend an official job offer to you, that will include details such as salary, benefits, and start date.
FAQ
How long will the interview process take?
We strive to complete the interview process as efficiently and quickly as possible (20 days on average). This of course depends on different factors in the process such as both TA/Hiring Manager and your availability.
I applied/ interviewed last year and wasn’t selected. May I reapply?
Absolutely. We understand that timing is everything, so please let us know if you’re interested again. Reflect on your previous application and the feedback you received when you look to apply the second time around. Adding a cover letter about yourself and your fit for the role might be a good idea.
How long will my personal data be stored?
Following the GDPR regulations, Enteractive has permission to store your data for 6 months after your application date. After these 6 months.

When should I resign from my current position?
Usually, you should tell your current employer that you’ll be leaving once you accept another job offer. Nevertheless, feel free to ask our Talent Acquisition Specialists for advice.
